We stand behind our work. Tell us within 48 hours of your cleaning, with photos if you can, and we will schedule a re-clean. The guarantee does not cover hourly bookings, because those are based on time instead of results.
Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Changes under 48 hours before your appointment have a $50 fee, under 24 hours is 50% of the booking total, and same-day changes are 100% of the booking total. Notify us early to avoid fees.
