Yes, we bring our cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer a specific product, tell us before your appointment and we will accommodate where possible, though you may need to provide it. You can also ask us to use your own vacuum, but we are not responsible for damage to it.
We do not wet-wipe light bulbs, resurface or wax floors, deep clean upholstery, remove biohazards (such as mold, human or animal waste, or insects), move large furniture, or dispose of large amounts of trash. For safety we also avoid fragile blinds, hoarding situations, infestations, and tall ladders (beyond 3 steps). If your home is unsafe or beyond what we can do, we may decline or skip the area.
We stand behind our work. Tell us within 48 hours of your cleaning, with photos if you can, and we will schedule a re-clean. The guarantee does not cover hourly bookings, because those are based on time instead of results.
Yes. Payments are processed digitally through Square, a secure third-party service. We never see your payment details. Your card on file is charged after the service and a receipt is emailed to you.
